For those with debts exceeding $150,000, we provide comprehensive guidance and assistance in filing for bankruptcy. We support them through the entire process until their discharge, ensuring they can live a life smoothly during and after bankruptcy.

Additionally, we assist individuals who have previously filed for DRS or bankruptcy to clear their bad credit records, enabling them to apply for loans or credit cards again

Bankruptcy

Filing of bankruptcy till Hearing takes about 4 – 6 weeks. A day after filing you will have a bankruptcy number and hearing date.

Creditors cannot take further legal proceedings against you to recover any debts incurred before your bankruptcy.
